Coronal Mass Ejection
Per the Sydney morning herald, a x-class coronal mass ejection (CME or solar flare) may disrupt communications today. I can't link to the article, I am on my phone. Can mods link? Just a heads up for people.

I knew something funny was going on with my wireless this morning. Kept dropping down to EDGE when I *usually* get a reasonably stable HSDPA connection.
Was beginning to worry that it might've been my computer. It spat out all kinds of BSODs yesterday. Thankfully a reinstall appears to have righted all of that.

Unix programs expand to add mail, but the default mail app for a Linux DE will almost certainly be broken.

These solar flare thingies used to give me the willies. Half the time the USSR or USA would start warming up their ICBMs!
 Mind you, they used to do the same thing for a flock of geese!
