Default I'm a what?

A silly man?

Addlepated?

Proven wrong?

I am none of those things Mr Black.

Christians and Jews both worship the Zoroastrian god thing. The 2nd Isaiah was just the first imprint.

There were many others - 500 years worth in fact.

So I am not sure what I have to do so as not to be personally abused and bullied.

You are not interested in Mary Boyce - only her peers.

You don't understand the meaning of "striking parallels".

Humans and Bonobos are first cousins with the same grandparents.

Same - there is a word.

Dude, first cousin have two sets of grandparents each. One the same, one not the same. If they just had the same grandparents they would be siblings, not cousins.
So not the same.

Boris you're thinking of common ancestor. All species share common ancestors with others going back and ultimately a common ancestor.

Dawkins is always good value. The Darwinian understanding.

I ask again, have you read many other books besides Mary Boyce?

The more one reads, the more one apprehends the vast number of excellent books one won't ever get to read. One life, one take at it. Impressive books like Mary Boyce's get put more into context. Education is where it's at pretty much AFAICS.

I might suggest searching online for scholarly reviews and critique of Boyce if this particular subject, Boyce's theory is one you happen to have become struck by.

One has to be amenable to reading the proper reviews even if one is challenged.

Otherwise, at uni, you get an F: failing to demonstrate critical thinking, not demonstrating reading the polemics on the essay topic.

I was actually thinking of a Robin Hood ballad (as one does) when I put the "silly" up against Boris.

Quote:
7 The word silly here has resonances of its meaning as OE saelig, simple, blessed: modern British English "poor old" transmits the sense fairly accurately. See Robin Hood and the Bishop for another instance of Robin's alliance with an old widow.
I pity him. Whatever his intent, he's in a bad place.
