Well if All-ah's name has been said over it... It's just not Kosher - wrong g-d. Do they really expect us Jews to give up our Easter candy? This is an outrage. I'm offended in the name of my non-existent g-d.
Muahahahahaaha! No. Not really. I'm just sick of companies catering to crybaby religions because of the social expectations that it creates to accommodate and not offend people with imaginary friends. And I detest the animal cruelty of the meat industry... that includes meats that are kosher, halal, and neither. There are kinder, more humane ways of doing things. Just my opinion.... I have noticed alot of the gluten free food I buy (coz of a gluten allergy) has recently become Halal, I've never given it a second thought. I know it has something to do with religion but it doesn't effect me.
What does bother me is cadbury have recently put up the prices of their chocolate by quite alot and have made the blocks smaller. They think by putting it in fancy boxes we won't notice?!?

The price of Swedish chocolates upsets me. I love Swedish chocolate.
Lindt quit putting that squishy strawberry stuff in theirs though. Anyone know of a Swedish chocolate that has squishy strawberry stuff in it? |

Could it be the extra employed clerics required to bless the chocolates on a daily basis so they're 100% Halal????

OK now if I am not mistaken Cadbury does not contain any animal products other than cow's milk. That automatically makes it Halal classified.
It would have to be cow's milk anyway since it is extremely common. And of course there are cows on the front cover and of course I presume that is what "dairy milk" means right? |

Personally, I'm thinking it's a crock of shit- it's just Cadbury trying to open up a new market.
