It was in the China News last August (http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/cndy/20...t_13081928.htm), a newspaper report from another newspaper report from a tv programme. Can't remember who was pissed off at whom back then...

Yeah that TV show on "South Korea SBS" is the first time the story was claimed - but note how there are no names of people who can confirm the story; this is the same for all the articles, both after the August 2011 running of the story, and now. You'll find lots of stories about that TV show that are all nearly identical to the one you've posted and contain the same information - like the running of the story now, these contain no names of people who could confirm the story - just "sources" from various organisations. As far as I can ascertain, the story has only been run twice (once in August and once now) from what could be considered primary sources, and every other story is based on either of those two stories.
