It is a requirement of being Australian that we subject all foreigners who visit our shores ti the wonders of Vegemite. I even warned the Texan, but he knew better. Oh well.

I have more video footage to go up, including a summary of the (what was for me) 4 day event. No promises for when they will be upload though as the connection here does not handle large file sizes - at all.

I can't believe he put it on thick with no butter. Us born and breds can do that, but an import has to start out slow...
I missed the Brian Dalton + AronRa debate with fundies as I was out trying to find a pub with the Sydney Atheists, so thank you askegg and others, as I watched from multiple angles.

Ha! I love at the end of part 3 how AronRa says to the creationist "your taking your first step into a larger world"

I know. I was standing there as we all slowly realised that the creationist had zero to little experience/exposure to what biology is I mean even the most ignorant person at the convention was light years away from this person.

I only hope he went back to WA and looked up a science text book on the subject instead of listening to the false propaganda of the fundi group he belonged to

The "creationist scientist" reference is probably the most frustrating string of words I can think of lately.

They are just scientists with blinkers on, the rest is just intellectual dishonesty or just pure brainwashing gone extreme.

Like in this vid posted by wolty in the YouTube thread... watch between 1:45 and 3:00 to find out why we have a real uphill battle to get people to think past the bindings of their faith.
