Default And on the fifth day, I rested

I've taken some time off work this week, so I thought that I would do something constructive like, ride my bike lots.

End Result, 4 days, 605km

Day 1 - Coast Rd to Wollongong, Mt Keira
Distance: 192.55km
Time: 6:28:51
Average: 29.7km/hr
Elevation Gain: 2,540m
Calories Burnt: 3,191

Day 2 - West Head/Akuna Bay
Distance: 115.08km
Time: 3:45:03
Average: 30.7km/hr
Elevation Gain: 1,449m
Calories Burnt: 1,817

Day 3 - Katoomba
Distance: 200.26km
Time: 6:00:41
Average: 33.3km/hr
Elevation Gain: 1,823m
Calories Burnt: 2,771

Day 4 - Waterfall/Royal National Park
Distance: 96.88km
Time: 3:10:06
Average: 30.6km/hr
Elevation Gain: 1,058m
Calories Burnt: 1,374

I'm taking tomorrow off the bike before doing another 200km on the weekend (100km Saturday, and 100km on Sunday).

Strangely enough, I actually feel pretty good. The ride on Monday was probably the hardest, but the one to Katoomba was also pretty tough, but for different reasons.

James

You've inspired me to get back on the bike.

Just easy loops near home in the evening, two of these (http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path...-Ettalong-loop) is a fair workout for me at the moment.

Well done James!

I couldn't quite match your distances on my recent walks though, as I could only average about 3km/hr including rest, food, & photo breaks; I can usually manage 6km/hr on flat ground.
