A long time friend of my parents just posted this to me on Facebook after not seeing me at all for the last 20 or so years...

"Hi Rich, It was indeed a joy to see your face on the face book.
Let me tell you very lovingly I cannot accept your declaration that you are an atheist! You were born to be a child of God and there is definitely the hand of God on your life."
Where do I even begin....
The ignorance is awesome isn't it?

What the hell is that? Christian lingo and terminology is offensively arrogant sometimes.

Instead of going into smack down mode with my old friend- I decided to add him on my Facebook account...
Now he is forced into receiving all my atheist wall posts for ever...He will either have to delete me or read Dawkins quotes!
