This time, he's brought a friend.

The produce of four pepper bushes in my back yard. Red Habanero, Carolina Reaper, Peach Habanero, and Cayenne.

Poor buggers, they have been very neglected this growing season, and the Peach Hab threw off most of its fruit while they were little. The Cayenne has excelled, as always.

I've still got a few other bushes to do, but that might need to wait till tomorrow.

How do you dry them, MrB? Or will you preserve them some other way?

My usual sun-dry method involves a black backboard, a framed bit of window glass, and a 75mm air-gap.

That's in store for some. Others will be frozen, and a few of the cayennes will find a niche in a 750ml bottle of budgetty Wodka.
