Sorry, I think Rayne's on to something: DIY. You'll always get just what you want to pay for, too.

I'm pretty sure I got a personalised laminated certificate when I joined, I may be misremembering (which is highly likely ), and I don't know if thats still the case - but with the printer for the cards, it should not be any more difficult (if not easier as it removes the laminating process, which I know is a pita); just change printers and business as usual? Manpower wise anyway.

I still agree that its a moot point and its impractical, but I don't think it would be any more difficult for any Gnomes at AFA headquarters.
