Played the guitar with it lying flat on his knee with the fret board facing the roof? Mountain style.
No.

Hint time.
One part of the answer is quite sinister.
The other can be inferred by looking at his knob!
Lol.

If he did it still would have been awesome.

I so want to post the answer.

I'm out for dinner now. So unavailable.

So the answer is

Quote:
Jimi Hendrix was naturally left-handed but his father tried to force him to play right-handed because he believed playing left handed was a sign of the devil. Hendrix took right-handed guitars and restrung them for playing left-handed (Cross 2005:55). Hendrix did continue to write right-handed. Hendrix did learn to play right-handed as mandated by his father, he had to play right-handed any time his father was around (and left-handed, upside down, when his father was not around) or risked losing the guitar forever. Once he started making modifications that allowed him to play left handed with the strings in the proper order, he still had to play right-handed with his father nearby, so he also learned to play right-handed with the strings upside down. His brother Leon's testimony confirms this in Sharon Lawrence's biography Jimi Hendrix: the man, the magic, the truth and in quotations from guitar players such as Mike Bloomfield in Jimi Hendrix: Voodoo Child of the Aquarian Age by Dave Henderson.
he was a freak.

Maybe Mr B could ask a question, I know he knew the answer.

TV Trivia it is, then.

Link Nurse Chummy and the Evil One with a black Chevy convertible, in as few steps as possible.

Damn, I knew that one and was too late.

Interesting trivia: Kurt Cobain was also a lefty but played with his right hand. There's an interesting theory that one of the contributing factors to his tragic suicide was him being in constant pain playing against his natural leftiness, which lead to him to take drugs to alleviate the pain, and we know what happened next.

Ms Volts: Pope, nope.

In one corner, Chummy. In the other, that smooth, Corvette-driving embodiment of evil.

There's links.

I think this refers to a tv programme not shown here. So many aren't and what is shown comes through from Malaysia/Singapore so it's heavily censored, if broadcast at all. The old Android box can only access so much, and then timings are never good.

Sorry 'bout that, Ms Volts.

If it's any consolation, we don't get very good dim sum here.
