What bullshit!!
Exposing children to religion is child abuse.

Kids under 18 are not allowed in pubs, the same rule should
apply to churches, synagogues, mosques etc.

The sooner we are rid of that flap eared catholic phuque wit
the better.

Nah. I took my daughter to churches, synagogues and temples and let her read scriptures from all sorts of religions. I just didn't suggest any of them made any sense and she grew up atheist.
I kind of agree, we keep kids away from porn because its none too good for impressionable minds to be exposed to, but still teach them about the mechanics and human emotional interaction of sex. The same should apply to religion, make it illegal for children under 18 to be exposed to the mind rotting dogma but tech them about it from a clinical perspective.

That's the kind of thing I was getting at.
The absolute worst thing you could possibly do is send them to
religion run schools.
The church should not be permitted to school children.

I completely agree. Unfortuntely the catholic and church of england run private shools have had all the money and prestige for so long, it would be a hard sell.

Especialy when many of those schools have been and still are very good at higher education and teach most things including science better that the public schools.

Private education is endemic in our political system and our moneyed, old and new parents.

I think more than half my friend have put there kids through private school because it just is seen as better education. And I do not know of any private school that is secular.

We have a harder up hill battle than, may be realised.

What really worries me is TA may actually be capable of being more embarrassing than he is at the moment.
