Thanks to the U.S. Government for clearing this up. Maybe the same researchers could look for God now, and publish a conclusion? Although they still haven't ruled mermaids out. It says PROBABLY don't exist!! HAHAHA.

Unless you're talking about Poseidon, presumably it's out of the jurisdiction.

This statement from the journalist raised my eyebrows though;
