I thought in the USA they had a double-jeopardy clause or principle in the law.
Just stick to the idea that science tests falsifiable hypotheses to destruction.

The initial response from IDiots has been to accuse him of misusing gtant monies.

Grants which were awarded for the development of phylogenetic tools.

Not going to link to the screed, "evolution news and views" if anyone is interested, tagged under "academic freedom/free speech" just for added lulz i guess.
