I never did a proper introduction but some of you may know me from my thread in the coming out section.

I would like to be anonymous so call me Daniel or Dan if yrtemmyscirtemmys is too long.

It hasn't been long since I decided to be an atheist, now 30 and finally enjoying life.

it went something like - jehovah's witness (0-26) 'liberal' christian (27-28) agnostic (28-29) atheist (29 and counting)

The thing I personally hated when I was a jw was no sex before marriage, and masturbation is a sin, apparently before my time they taught that masturbation can lead to homosexuality, well that's what you get when a group of conservative protestant based christian men run their flock.

Well I guess if you masturbate with other men and maybe take it in turns to do each other then that could come across as a little gay. I can however assure everyone here though that a little five finger shuffle now and again will not 100% turn you gay. Really not sure why xians and off shoots have such an issue with homosexuality. Yeah the old testament yeah yeah I get that bit. But seriously the new testament can anyone really with a straight face tell me that there are not homosexual overtones. The idea of a bunch of blokes going off into the desert together "to find god" sounds like a lame excuse to me.

if you read it backwards its asymmetricsymmetry, nothing mysterious just a random word I came up for my youtube account, it has something to do with dialectical psychology but there really is no such thing for a asymmetric symmetrical concept, rather two opposed cognitions (cognitive dissonance) or cognitively asymmetric can become symmetric.
