Hmmm...quite apart from the errors already pointed out in regards to medical realities, I don't quite see how the fact that death by crucifixion is horrible and painful proves that Jesus died for our sins, or is the son of God.
If he existed at all, he was simply one of a number of people we know of in the first century AD who imagined themselves to be the Jewish Messiah, and believed they would lead their people to freedom from the Romans, with the help of the Big Guy upstairs. Since the Romans had the most kick-ass army in history prior to the invention of gunpowder, it's hardly surprising that all these "Messiahs", including Mr Son of God, came to a sticky end - usually nailed to a piece of wood.
