    Currawongs are a favourite.

They bring you back to the here and now in a Socratic sort of way.

I gave my cat a tube of Revolution behind the neck. Ear mites were driving her nuts. A very happy camper now.

Not exactly my backyard but pretty close. A lyrebird scratching for food? Making a nest? Who knows, just being awesome i guess. Didnt seem to care that i was walking passed.

Roughly same time and place as last night's possum photo.

This may even be the same individual beast.

Moon and Venus, from a high point on tonight's walk. Slightly boofed to show cloud-bank.

Tawny Frogmouth, wire-sitting just up the road from home.

Just back from tonight's exercise with Dog v2.0, and here's Banana, a younger Brushtail Possum (no scent-gland "necktie" yet) showing How Not To Be Seen.

That pale headed Rossela is something. I've never seen one, that I can recall. Beautiful looking bird.

Just back from tonight's walk with the dog.

0254: A couple of big girl hares (WobblyCam™ courtesy of Dog v2.0 wanting to see them off).

0258: Cheeky Possum executes a brief pole-dance before making an exit.

There were other critters, but no more photo-opportunities.
