Nice to be here.
Not normally a joiner, but the good Friday god twaddle on radio national today was very off puting so I came here seeking the solace of fellow rationalists. Not to mention that the hardware store was shut for some god related reason that I cant fathom, so my day was thoroughly spoiled.
Having had atheistic parents I have never really bothered with faith, and thankfully my own children are also on the enlightened path. I almost daily give thanks that I am not a captive of religious dogma and can celebrate the wonder of existence while it lasts.
Looking forward to some spirited exchanges about the lack of spirits.
