Happening every year?

Does anyone know if the convention is going to be an annual thing here? Or if its going to rotate round various cities?

I was rather disappointed to not be able to get down there for this one, and am hoping it comes back.

The AAC - The Adelaide Atheist Convention
The HAC - The Hobart Atheist Convention
The PAC - The Perth Atheist Convention
The DAC - The Darwin Atheist Convention
The CAC - The Canberra Atheist Convention

Great idea. I am hoping this one isnt going to be the first and last. I will definately travel to whichever city it's in, providing there are no little surprises preventing me like there was this year. I will put everyone in my life on ice for the occasion. They could all do with a little chilling. :D

I'd like to see the event rotating through the capitals. I'd also like to see the order determined by a measure of media engagement. Media coverage of woo would be a positive determinant, and lack of coverage of atheistic content likewise. Bring the roadshow to the places which didn't hear about the GAC and are fed a constant stream of woo. I know Brisbane falls into this category, and have heard WA fared no better over the GAC. Don't know about some of the others.

It is the Global Atheist Convention ;)

But we have pretty much shown that Melbourne at least is the atheist capital of the world ;)

EDIT: should approach the topic Ectes raises, all I can say is plans are afoot ;)
