yeah it was, "G-d doesn't want people of different colours to marry. G-d made people different colours, so people would know who not to marry." and all that crap!

I almost became an atheist right then and there! Instead, I just decided that my parents might be idiots.

Perhaps I'm just an old cynic,but ----

My life experience has been that [overall] the most stunningly beautiful women I've ever met have also been the most shallow,self absorbed, ignorant and/or stupid.

My mother assured me as a young man the same applies to drop dead handsome men. Our theory is that stunningly attractive people don't have to work as hard at anything.They also often handle aging very badly.

-OR perhaps it's just sour grapes.:p

I love how she says that she has lots of gay friends though. One of the classic remarks of a bigot.

The laws of bigots;

1. Anybody who says "I'm not a [classifcation of bigot] but," always actually is, and is always about to say something proving it.

2. Anybody who defends their comments by saying they can't be a bigot because they have lots of friends of whatever group they are vilifying always actually is.


People who aren't bigots don't need to justify or defend their remarks because they have nothing to defend.
